[bind10-dev] Automake 1.13 and parallel tests

It seems the fixed version doesn't work :-(. Still, many tests are output as the
short summary only. But, it is strange, there are some that are output in full.
It seems we sometimes use the `TESTS` variable (these are just the summary) and
sometimes we run them manually by the check-local target (these are output).

Should we move to running them manually everywhere? Or, any other idea? Because
I find it very annoying to have to:
 • Run the tests
 • Copy the log file name from the summary
 • Open the file manually to see what failed
