[bind10-dev] 1.0.0 release details

My plan is to update version, tag it, run through build/test farm by 
23:00 UTC tonight (Wednesday) and publish and announce on my 
Thursday morning (by 18:00 UTC).

It has been about a week since the "release candidate" was announced. I 
have only heard of one proposal for code changes before release, but 
after discussion it was decided to not do this. (I am not sure of the 
ticket number. But the issue was "DHCPv4 clients that do not send 
client-id will not be able to refresh address" related to #2702.)

If anyone has any other proposal to to delay the final .0 release, 
please let us know (and point to a ticket number).

Ideally the .0 release will have zero changes from the rc version other 
than changing the version in the configure.ac file.

I received a very minor documentation request also to add a disclaimer 
to the DHCP chapters better identifying that it is experimental. No 
patch for this yet.
