By default it includes the l.root-servers.net addresses (IPv6 too). See 
the b10-resolver manual page.  The b10-resolver is experimental code and 
we should better document that.  I don't think it will hurt to add all 
the default root addresses. Maybe IPv6 too. And remove the hard-coded 
address and fix docs.  But I don't know what is planned for the initial 
hints design (if anything).
