[bind10-dev] b10-auth stops responding for several tens of seconds after receiving IXFR

Yeah I realized that after sending my previous message.  Ignoring that
part, it still looks strange to me that xfrin needed a few minutes to
complete the xfr.  In which part of the processing did it take that
long?
