[bind10-dev] bikeshed alert: bind10 or boss or bob

For http://bind10.isc.org/ticket/1901 we first need to have consensus
on the naming. My opinion is:

- "bob" isn't a good name. IMO it's better to avoid acronyms because
they are often ambiguous or unclear. in this particular case, it's
not particularly concise either, compared to, e.g. "bind10" or
  "boss".
- as Shane commented in the ticket, just "bind10" is probably
  confusing and not really good.

So, by elimination, I'd vote for "boss", but I personally think it
sounds a bit informal. I know we rejected "master" because it can be
regarded as a DNS primary server, and I tend to agree. I'm also not
sure if there's possibility of choosing other names, but alternatives
I can think of are: core, main, root, init.

In any case I'd also suggest adding the common b10- prefix to the
name. It will be more consistent, help clarify it's related to BIND
10, and reduce the risk of conflicts with others.
