[bind10-dev] Request counters regarding EDNS version

Hello,

I was asked to add a counter for all versions of EDNS in the review of
#2157. I created a ticket for the work (#2797).

I added a counter request.edns0 in #2157 that counts the requests with
EDNS version 0. There is a counter request.badednsver: counters for the
requests with EDNS but the version is unknown to BIND 10 (currently
other than 0). The sum of the two counters (edns0 + badednsver) is the
number of the requests with all versions of EDNS.

If the first suggestion intents it should count each version of EDNS, we
should add 256 counters as the version field of EDNS is 8-bit width per
RFC 6891.

Otherwise I'd like to add an explanation to calculate the count of the
requests with EDNS (regardless of version) in Note section of b10-auth.8.
