[bind10-dev] Request counters regarding EDNS version

Hello,

Here is a suggested sentences:

There are two request counters related to EDNS: request.edns0 and
request.badednsver. The latter is a counter of requests with unsupported
EDNS version: other than 0 in the current implementation. Therefore,
total number of requests with EDNS is a sum of request.edns0 and
request.badednsver.
--- --- --- --- --- --- --- ---

If it makes sense, I'll update #2797 and put it into reviewing.
