Managing a large number of zones in BIND 10 is indeed a TODO task.

I've not looked into the script itself (the shar didn't work for my
environment and I didn't look into it further), but we'll certainly
need something that helps administrators.  That may be an extension to
b10-loadzone, a separate tool like the one you wrote, or something
else.  Right now I don't have a specific idea or opinion.
