[bind10-dev] proposed system design and inter-process protocol for shared memory

I've created a wiki page on my proposed design of the overall system
for shared-memory based data sources, mainly focusing on the
inter-process protocol for related modules:
http://bind10.isc.org/wiki/SharedMemoryIPC
(there's also a link from the "system components" page
http://bind10.isc.org/wiki/SystemComponents).

It's quite long, but since the tentatively-named "memory manager" and
other processes need to be synchronized in a reliable way, I suspect
some level of complexity is inevitable. I still tried to minimize the
initial set of description so we won't get lost in a too big design
picture.

My next plan is to break it into actual development tickets for the
next sprint, but it's quite likely I missed something important or a
better way to do the same thing. So I'd like other developers to
review, understand, and comment on it.
