Do you mean BIND 10's auth/benchmarks/query_bench or other tool?

If it's really query_bench, I'm not sure if a TCP option can test
something interesting that's specific to TCP (as query_bench doesn't
do any real network I/O), although I understand it may have slight
implication in the context of RRL.

In any case, adding a new feature is generally a good thing if there's
any use:-)
