[bind10-dev] preparation and bug fixes for 1.1.0 RC

I hope to do the Release Candidate for the 1.1.0 release the end of this 
week. (Sorry, I say "hope" as I am also on personal time off for a few 
days, so will need to work around my travel. I will be back on Friday.) 
Then do the final release on May 30 if no problems.

Please let me know what important bug fixes I should pull into the 
bind10-1.1.0-release branch.

Since the May 10th bind10-1.0.0beta2 I pulled in only the changelog 
entry and bug fix for #2946:

git cherry-pick -m 1 d5f2a0d0954acd8bc33aabb220fab31652394fcd
git cherry-pick a41cac4287573ff826bdad6e9ec61b5991c757e1
  (I manually fixed ChangeLog after that.)

I don't know of others ready. Please let me know of others. Thank you.
