[bind10-dev] what's b10-d2?

The code name we are workig with is "D2". One "D" for DHCP and one "D"
for DDNS. Ultimately, the module and its binary will probably be
deployed as "B10-DHCP-DDNS". The top level classes and source files
pertaining to this module use "D2" and "d2_" in their names
respectively. D2 was selected for the less public face for simplicity
and ease of communication. "Dhcp-Ddns" is cumbersome both in speech and
on the keyboard. From a status standpoint, this module has a ways to go
before its useful. What is there now is a very bare-bones skeleton which
does little more than connect to BIND10.

IF there is consensus on the module being named B10-DHCP-DDNS, then I
can follow the pattern in use for b10-stats-httpd, where only those
files which must reflect the "module name" do. I noticed that most of
the source files for this module are abbreviated, for obvious reasons.
I would like to reserve the right to postpone renaming until we are
closer to release. The "scope" of this change won't grow and while
typing it occasionally may not be burdensome, doing so many times over,
while its in development will be.
