This is a mailing list about BIND 10 (a different project). This problem
about BIND 9 should be reported to (and discussed with) the BIND 9 team.

If it is not too inconvenient, could you please send an email to the
bind-users@ list (adjacent to the same place where you found the
bind10-dev@ list)?

If you are absolutely sure it is a bug, you can mail the report to
<bind9-bugs at isc.org>.
