DHCP DDNS - Update to Requirements

I've updated the record of the DHCP DDNS discussion on the Friday of
our face to face meeting:

http://bind10.isc.org/wiki/April2013DhcpDdns

...based on notes I took. I've also updated the DDNS requirements
document:

http://bind10.isc.org/wiki/DhcpDdnsRequirements

...based on the discussions we had in the two sessions on the topic.

Re-reading the requirements, I think we still have something missing.
They currently say that a domain origin is associated with a DNS
server: this is fine for choosing the DNS server based on a FQDN. But
if the client only supplies a partial name - or if the server
generates a name for the client - how is the zone into which the
forward entry is put determined? It seems to me additional
requirements are needed to specify this, namely:

* It should be possible to specify a default domain for forward DNS
entries.

* It should be possible to override the default domain on a per-subnet
basis.
