 No, #94 is rather a minor part in this context.  Much of the "immature
 code" (as noted in https://bind10.isc.org/ticket/44?replyto=4#comment:2)
 is still immature.

 The problem of this ticket is it's too generic.  The DNS library module is
 sufficiently big, and it doesn't make sense to have a single review for
 it.
