 Done in r1799. Please review.

 I changed the python isc.auth library to isc.datasrc at the same time and
 for the same reason: it contains the sqlite3_ds module.  But it also
 contains the zone master file parser, which probably belongs somewhere
 else.  I'll open a different ticket for that.
