 Could someone review the attached patch?

 Without this fix we cannot run two instances of name servers, one
 listening on a specific address and the other on a different (or wildcard)
 address.

 I know we passed the code freeze point, but I'd like to merge it for this
 week's release if it's okay.  The patch is quite simple (a one line
 change), and can be crucial if you want to run BIND 10 a bit more
 seriously (you may want to run BIND 9 with one address and BIND10 with
 another address in a migration phase).
