#428: b10-recurse query shutdown at startup
-----------------------+----------------------------------------------------

      Type:  defect    |           Status:  new
  Priority:  major     |        Milestone:

 This is in trac327.

 Running b10-recurse does:

 {{{
 [bind10] Started b10-recurse (PID 4838)
 [bind10] Starting b10-stats
 [b10-recurse] Command line: b10-recurse -v
 [b10-recurse] Server created.
 [b10-recurse] Query shutdown
 [b10-recurse] Query setup
 [b10-recurse] IOService created.
 [b10-recurse] Configuration session channel created.
 ...
 [bind10] Starting b10-cmdctl on port 8080
 [b10-recurse] New config comes: { "forward_addresses": [ { "address":
 "127.0.0.1", "port": 5302 } ] }
 [b10-recurse] Query shutdown
 [b10-recurse] Setting forward addresses:
 [b10-recurse]  127.0.0.1:5302
 [b10-recurse] Query setup
 }}}

 It shouldn't do a query shutdown at startup. Or this verbose output is
 confusing. See above that shutdown happens twice before it is even should
 be ready to allow queries.
