 Running b10-recurse when already running exits immediately with no output.

 Running with -v for verbose later has different problem reported so I
 don't know what problem was. I am sure it was simply couldn't listen on
 same ports.

 The fix is to have it complain to stderr why it couldn't startup
 regardless if verbose is enabled.
