Comment:

 The src/bin/stats/stats.spec.pre.in has item_descriptions. If it is
 supported I don't know how to see ( "item_description": "A date time when
 stats module reports", )

 Does not look like it is supported in src/lib/python/isc/config

 On that note ... should cfgmgr complain if it sees unknown configuration
 like is in stats.spec ?
