 One more thing: if the MX name is an alias (due to CNAME/DNAME) we should
 ignore the result (for the additional section processing.  returning MX in
 answer is okay).  this may be automatically implemented, depending on how
 we lookup the additional records, but it would be better to be tested
 explicitly.
