#464: Additional processing for authoritative NS

  Reporter: zzchen_pku | Owner: zzchen_pku
      Type: task | Status: new
  Priority: major | Milestone:
 Component: Unclassified | Keywords:

This is basically the same as additional processing for NS, but about the
case we are returning an authoritative answer with the zone's NS and
A/AAAA RRs for the NS names (e.g., when we serve example.com, and are
returing www.example.com/A in the answer section, example.com/NS in the
authority section, and ns.example.com/A-and-AAAA in the additional
section). There's a subtle point in this case though: whether we should
include A/AAAA RRs under a zone cut (consider the case similar to the
above example but the NS name is ns.child.example.com, and
chilld.example.com is a zone cut). BIND 9 excludes under-cut RRs; NSD
include them. What should we do? Note that if we want to optimize the
additional section processing we may want to do the same thing as NSD.
