Comment:

 After the refine, the logic isn't changed too much, just another class
 which called UserInfo is added (the name is under consideration) which
 stored all the necessary information for axfr and notify process. the
 unittest code is also modified but two test cases are failed, one of them
 is edns0 buffer size after one malformed edns0 query, another is about
 flag bit. I don't know what's the purpose for these two test cases, please
 have a look.
