 Well trac127 does now show new modules that are started up later. This
 appears to be fixed. Thanks.

 But if those are removed, bindctl (cmdctl?) still think they are still
 loaded. If you try to run a command, cmdctl or bindctl will hang. Even if
 your restart bindctl, the non-running modules are still listed. For that I
 see ticket #99 and #123 have a note about this problem.
