 We need to check the remaining command-line arguments of the boss process.
 Currently only "-u" is checked.

 See ticket #180 for details about that.

 Also, the test for the command line of Boss process currently requires
 hand-editing the test to run with the correct user. This can probably be
 improved by using the user who ran "./configure".
