 I sent two emails about ideas related to statistics specification
 until last few weeks.

 I will write this document based on my these ideas at first. Is that OK?

 Additionally I have some questions about this.

  - Is format of this document already fixed?
    If you have some templates for it, please let me know.

  - Where do I need to write it? on the track wiki or on the
    subversion repository?
