#211: (review) emergency patch: disable /dev/poll in ASIO
--------------------------+-------------------------------------------------

Please some review the attached patch. It will fix the build error
reported by the bot:
http://bind10.isc.org/~tester/builder//BIND10/20100530002000-Solaris10-sparc/logs/build.out
Note that I simply disable /dev/poll rather than lossen the warning level.
See the comment for the reason. I also made a minor change to the kqueue
case so that the sytanx for these two cases looks consistent.
I believe this is quite trivial, and I confirmed this work on a Solaris
machine. But I'm trying to get it reviewed just in case.
If I don't hear something soon (within 6 hours or so?), I'll commit this
change to trunk anyway.
