 The zone loader should use the writable data source stuff that Jelte has
 put together.

 While doing this a few extra checks should be added:

   * Issue a warning if duplicate SOA appear in the zone file (this happens
 if you use "dig" to get a zone)
   * Issue an error if duplicate SOA appear in the zone that are not
 identical
   * Issue an error if a zone has a CNAME with the same ownername as a non-
 CNAME record
