Comment:

 Ready for review, replaced all occurrences of libdns_python by pydnspp

 Also removed src/lib/dns/python/tests/test.py (not part of the unittest
 framework)

 one open question, src/lib/python/isc/__init__.py had an import that was
 wrong, I changed it to import pydnspp.*, so now you can also do import
 isc.dns. Should we remove this or keep it? (internally if you use
 reflection classes in there will still report pydnspp)
