#342: missing newlines and noise in some sys.stderr.write outputs

 Noticed an error got overwritten in zonemgr and was unreadable -- looked
 like missing newline.

 Then I noticed a an output also said "info" I think that was an accidental
 change from some logging output.

 I also saw problem in xfrout so I think problems originated there (reuse
 of code).

 Patch is attached.
