 For the last item, the right solution seems to be 1ULL (:-)!
 Another issues:
  - ifstream::open doesn't like NULL filename (just check it)
  - messagerenderer.cc issue: std::set<>const_iterator needs its second
 argument
   (I don't know who is right but it is so easy to fix)
  - rrparamregistry gives the choice between many shared_ptr supports, \\as
 IMHO we should keep the boost one I added boost:: before the 3 occurrences
 of shared_ptr.
