 Sorry, sorry. I should not have approved a merge! My mistake.

 I had a look at the fix, and it looks like there is still one malloc()
 that can fail, in the assignment operator. I added a check here, based on
 the other two, and pushed the change. Assuming this looks good to you then
 please merge.
