 Unless I'm mistaken this is an additional task for the May03 sprint so
 that it will have one "user-visible feature".

 What I meant is to add a small change to src/bin/host so that it accepts
 a new "-f <key_name:secret>" option just like BIND 9 dig, and uses that
 information with the libdns++ API introduced in #812 to send TSIG signed
 queries.  Should be pretty easy.
