Hello
These message (and few similar) don't seem to be too informative. What
does the command do?

% ZONEMGR_RECEIVE_NOTIFY received NOTIFY command for zone %1 (class %2)
This is a debug message indicating that the zone manager has received a
NOTIFY command over the command channel.

With `ZONEMGR_TIMER_ALREADY_RUNNING` (and the other one), it actually is
multiple timers, one for each zone, managed by single thread. Or, they are
multiple timers from the application logic, managed by single OS-level
one, but I still think the message should talk about them in plural.
