 I killed msgq... a little later bind10 parent exited. Some child processes
 were still left running:

 A SIGTERM killed sockcreator and cmdctl for me. I used SIGKILL to kill the
 zonemgr and xfrout. I did a ktrace but didn't get any output. If anyone
 can share ideas on how to see where it is hanging (this is NetBSD), I can
 reproduce and provide more details.
