 I used bindctl to change my resolver listening ports.

 Then my first dig against it resulted in a REFUSED and bind10 logged:

 RESOLVER_QUERY_REJECTED query rejected: 'www.isc.org./A/IN' from
 127.0.0.1#62846
 }}}

 The default query_acl is in place.

 Restarting bind10 worked. It could resolve it. So problem only happened
 when first changing it.

 But I can not reproduce it by changing it again.
