 Create commands to import and export configurations from/to different JSON
 file.
 Or single command to set the filename.

 This would be done via bindctl and used by cfgmgr.

 In tandem with this, we will need a "check" function. Possibly each module
 would have its own check function. Need to be able to check even if
 process (module) is not running.
