Once the discussion on the dev list has come to some form of conclusion,
we need a design document for DDNS; this should describe the global
architecture and the place of DDNS within the system. It should describe:

 - the DDNS module
 - communication with the rest of the system
 - The classes/steps it needs to perform DDNS
   (initial suggestion:)
   o Parsing the packet
   o Checking ACLs
   o Checking DDNS prerequisites
   o Checking data consistency
o Forming an IXFR-out friendly set of changes
   o Applying the change
 - Configuration
 - Additional required steps (e.g. incrementing SOA SERIAL if necessary)
