 In particular, following methods require testing:

 - constructor
 - processSolicit
 - processRequest
 - processRenew
 - processRebind
 - processConfirm
 - processRelease
 - processDecline
 - processInfRequest

 Many of those functions do not have implementations yet, so the way to go
 is probably to implement tests, but keep them disabled for now.
