 Currently, the xfrout decides when to start a new message based on the
 size of uncompressed RRs. But the RRs are sent compressed, so this leads
 to messages that are not completely filled.

 It should be possible to do something like incremental message rendering
 to know the final compressed size.

 The actuall benefit of this is unknown, but beleived to be low anyway, so
 this probably is a low-priority task.
