Comment:

 Module created, including initial specfile, runnable daemon, log message
 file, (mostly empty) manpage source, (mostly empty) unit test file.

 It does define a stub DDNSSession class, but leaves out the unixsocket
 class used in xfrout. We may well want to use that but we should implement
 that in #1454 (at which point we'll know what the result of #1452 looks
 like).
