 Although the long-term plan is to have a suite of Lettuce system tests for
 BIND 10 DHCP, there are currently none.

 The task here is to perform a set of unscripted tests on the DHCP
 skeleton.  Observations should be recorded on this ticket and tickets
 raised for any problems encountered.
