Comment:

 Updated DHCPv6 component to follow DHCPv4 layout (HARDCODED_* constants,
 unified processSolicit/processRequest, added appendRequestedOptions,
 appendDefaultOptions etc.).

 See de6f226ae7bc45d144b6e012884bfd28ca74e350 commit. To avoid separate
 ticket overhead, this work is conducted in #1230.
