 I've not given it a full review yet while waiting for it to be completed
 with the support for the YXDOMAIN case.

 From a quick look at the latest code, the omission for NS (+ additional)
 only applies to the YXDOMAIN case.  I was probably not clear, but other
 implementations don't include it even in the successful case.
