 All remaining disabled tests in lib/dns right now are for RDATA "from
 text"
 constructors where a numeric parameter followed by a string without a
 space.

 This can be fixed as we did it for NSEC3 and should be fixed.

 (for a bit longer term we may want to introduce a generic lexier,
 but for now let's keep the source tree cleaner)
