 I noticed that utils aren't mentioned in the Makefile.am, so maybe remove
 of the directory got lost in some kind of old merge? Because I believe
 someone already did remove it (but I admit my memory is bad).

 Anyway, as it's not referenced by any makefile nor any part of code,
 simple delete should be enough. Should I just do it?
