Comment:

 Changes seem fine. This does mean that configuration for boss and resolver
 in existing setups are b0rked though (part of it mentioned in #472, but
 not the resolver-config part), but since we haven't had that in a release
 yet, the problem is not really that big.

 Anyhew these changes themselves are good, please merge. And we can either
 discuss the old b10-config.db problem or tell the other devs to delete
 theirs once :)
