Ok, in both cases, the problem is that the authenticated session is gone,
and bindctl did not recognize this. I've changed it to actually check the
http response, and if it is UNAUTHENTICATED, login again (after which the
message is resent).
Not sure if we should special case the situation where the second login
attempt fails.
Anyhew, commit 345b81701d1bb3c7043d6ab69816cfd432b809d2 should fix it
