#477: bindctl should exit gracefully after "Boss shutdown"
-------------------------------------+-------------------------------------
           Reporter:  jinmei         |                      Owner:
               Type:  defect         |                     Status:  new
           Priority:  major          |                  Milestone:  feature
          Component:  bind-ctl       |  backlog item
          Sensitive:  0              |                   Keywords:
Add Hours to Ticket: 0 | Estimated Number of Hours: 0
        Total Hours:  0              |                  Billable?:  1
                                     |                  Internal?:  0
-------------------------------------+-------------------------------------
 Currently its behavior is weird:

 {{{
 % bindctl
 ["login success "] login as root
 > Boss shutdown
 send the command to cmd-ctrld
 received reply: {}
 > quit
 [Errno 61] Connection refused
 Failed to connect with b10-cmdctl module, is it running?
 }}}

 This might be understandable for a programmer, but doesn't make sense at
 all for normal operators.
