Comment:

 We won't be parsing files in the same way in the future.

 There is a writable data source, which will be used for zone changes.

 The libdns++ library includes functions to read records, which should be
 used for zone loading.

 Since more serious work needs to be done on zone loading, I'm going to
 close this ticket.
